All of our products are custom-printed and made-to-order just for you. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and packed before it leaves our US fulfillment centers.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We proudly ship all domestic orders from our partner facilities across the United States using trusted carriers (USPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx).

- Standard Shipping (Within the US): Takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery after production is completed.
- International Shipping: Takes 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to peak holiday seasons or extreme weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed over to the carrier. The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24 hours.

4. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your checkout. PTT Commerce Design is not responsible for orders that are lost or returned to sender due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. In these cases, buyers will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
