Return & Warranty

1. Replacement & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day policy for any defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Since each product is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
To be eligible for a free replacement or a full refund, you do NOT need to mail the item back to us. Simply contact us at admin@pttcommercellc.com within 30 days of receiving your package with the following information:
Your order number
A clear photo showing the issue (printing error, damaged fabric, or wrong size tag)
Once approved, we will immediately process a brand-new replacement order for you at no extra cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at admin@pttcommercellc.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as quickly as possible.
3. Order Cancellations / Modifications
Because our automated system sends orders to production quickly, you can only request updates or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, the order is locked into production and cannot be modified or canceled.
4. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
5. Refunds Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at admin@pttcommercellc.com.

What If There Is an Issue With the Design or Quality of Your Product?

If your product has a design issue or does not meet the quality standards described in our listing, please contact us at admin@pttcommercellc.com.

We’ll make it right by sending you a replacement shirt with the correct design and quality at absolutely no extra cost. You won’t need to do anything else. Alternatively, if you prefer, we’ll issue you a full refund.
How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery within the US is 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How does the sizing fit?

Our shirts are unisex with a classic fit. If you prefer a looser, oversized look, size up. Please check the size chart on the product page before placing your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is custom printed and made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or color, or simply changed your mind. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You don’t need to mail the item back. Every order is printed and made to order in Texas, USA, at a large production facility with many years of experience. Our team focuses on consistent, high-quality products, so what you receive looks and feels as good as it does online.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Because our orders go into production quickly, you can request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order is locked into production and can’t be modified or canceled. If you need a change, email us as soon as possible at admin@pttcommercellc.com.
How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of $3.50 for shipping to all U.S. states. Orders with 2 or more items ship free.
What should I do if I can’t find my order?

First, check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking link. If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us at admin@pttcommercellc.com with your order number. We’ll check with the carrier right away. If the problem is on the carrier’s side, we’ll send you a replacement shirt at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How long do refunds take?

Once you send us your order number and a photo showing the issue, we approve and issue your refund right away to your original payment method. After that, the time it appears in your account depends on your bank or card company’s processing time.
